John Sheriff has been with Paul Davis Restoration for 20 years, eventually becoming the owner of the Paul Davis Restoration of New Mexico franchise. In that time, the company has grown from a small business into the largest and most trusted restoration company in New Mexico. Under John’s guidance, the franchise has won numerous customer experience awards. John says it best in his own words: “Over the last 20 years, our business has grown based on the very simple principles of honesty, integrity, and customer service. Our customers are experiencing a crisis. Restoration is more than specialty equipment and training, more than drywall and paint; our customers lives have been disrupted.”

Gary McLean has over 20 years of experience repairing damaged property, and has been an Associate with Paul Davis Restoration since 2000. He has received thirteen national recognition awards for the outstanding work he does. Gary has extensive experience with large losses, both commercial and residential, and is a fire damage expert. Gary says the most rewarding part of his job is seeing the look on a customer’s face when they see the finished repairs. In his spare time, Gary can be found riding his Harley or playing drums with his band. He also enjoys spending time with his son restoring old mustangs. Customers can always count on Gary to give it to them straight.

Terry Gates has been an associate with Paul Davis Restoration since 1998. He says he finds great enjoyment and satisfaction in restoring homes and, in the process, restoring lives. Terry’s attention to detail is second to none, and he has received national recognition awards for his work with Paul Davis. Terry has been married to his wife Mary for 35 years. With all their kids grown, they have some extra time, which Terry likes to fill with golfing, fishing, music, movies, and home projects.

Gary Holmes is a 30-year veteran of the restoration business, and has been with Paul Davis since 2013. He says the process of turning an unexpected disaster into a good-looking finished product gives him satisfaction. He’s an advocate for his crew in the field and stresses the importance of education, honesty, communication, efficient practices, and customer satisfaction. The study of economics, trading, and a healthy lifestyle keep him busy when he’s not repairing fire or water damage.
Cole Gooding had been a tradesman in the construction industry remodeling homes since 2007, before joined the Paul Davis team in 2015 as a Reconstruction Associate. Striving for quality and efficiency, he finds that the most rewarding part of the reconstruction process is leaving the homeowner pleasantly surprised by the finished product. On his time off, Cole enjoys skiing, hiking, and hunting, as well as his own creative expression through painting, drawing, and sculpting.
John Mattock arrived in Albuquerque in 1996 while enlisted in the United States Air Force. As a Senior Master Sergeant, he was a Superintendent in the Transportation Squadron until he retired in November of 2002. John assumed his position with Paul Davis Restoration in December 2002 and never looked back. He thrives on assisting people statewide with emergency service situations. John oversees the mitigation division at Paul Davis and is a water and fire damage expert. As one of only a few Certified Continuing Education Instructors in New Mexico, Mattock regularly teaches water, fire, and mold classes to agents, adjusters and property managers. When he is not at work, John enjoys traveling, camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, daughters and grandchildren. Mattock’s sense of humor and compassionate approach leave a lasting impression on hundreds of customers each year.

John “JD” Dooley spent 26 years in the United States Air Force before joining Paul Davis as an Associate in 2007. JD says he enjoys interacting with property owners. He feels that it’s important to help property owners understand completely what Paul Davis is doing to clean up and repair their damaged homes or places of business. JD has received national recognition for his work with Paul Davis, and his efforts contributed to the award Paul Davis Restoration of New Mexico received from USAA in recognition of exceptional service in 2013 and 2014. JD is also a golfer, fisherman, and a licensed pilot who enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 children, and 4 grandchildren.

Isaac Cordova has been a mitigation technician with Paul Davis Restoration since 2005, and recently became a mitigation associate. Isaac loves being able to help a homeowner get through a difficult experience, like fire or water damage to their home. He finds knowing that he has been a positive force during a negative situation very rewarding. When he’s not at the office, he enjoys drawing, painting, and other forms of art. He also loves to go hiking, fishing, camping, and enjoys the beautiful New Mexico outdoors.

Kristi Greiner joined Paul Davis Restoration in 2008 after years of experience working in advertising and graphic design. Kristi says she loves working for a company that truly helps people in times of distress. She feels it’s important that customers always know they can call Paul Davis with questions, even if the call is unrelated to a current job. She says, “What counts is getting honest and experienced answers when it comes to structural mishaps.” In her time off, Kristi loves hiking, painting, and being creative.
Dylan Sheriff has a long background in television, film, and graphics. He joined Paul Davis Restoration in 2014. He feels it’s important to educate property owners about what Paul Davis does, and how our restoration process works. He wants people to know that when an unexpected disaster hits, Paul Davis is ready to help at a moment’s notice. It’s his mission to let people know not to panic, just take a deep breath, and then Call Paul. When he’s not at work, Dylan is a passionate musician and can most often be found writing songs in his studio.
Vikki Campos has been with Paul Davis Restoration of New Mexico since 1991. She feels that the best part of the job is knowing that she is able to really help home owners feel better about the unfortunate situation they are in while they are going through a loss due to property damage. Vikki says it’s wonderful to talk to homeowners who are so happy to have their home restored and back to livable. It always makes her happy when they say what a great job our crew did or how one of them went out of their way to go above and beyond. Vikki likes to spend her time off with grandchildren.
Holly Hammock has been with Paul Davis since 1998. When she talks to homeowners on the phone, she wants them to know we are a confident and strong company that is willing to go the distance to make them feel happy. She hopes that after repairs are complete, homeowners will love their homes just as much as they did before the damage. She says she will do pretty much anything to make a person smile. Her extended family means the world to her, but her favorite people are her two daughters and the love of her life… her grandson.
