Fixing Bad: Hoarding, Biohazard Clean Up, Meth Labs, and the Insurance Industry

The continuing education (CE) classes will be held on Friday, October 10 from 9 am until 12 pm noon at 7820 4th St. NW (4th and Paseo) in Albuquerque. The class is open to insurance agents and adjusters, claims managers, property and facilities managers, maintenance and operations directors, and real estate professionals. The CE class will cover three topics including hoarding disorders and how the insurance industry reacts to the increased risk of insuring hoarders; meth labs and the dangers they present with the immediately affected property and also to neighbors, and a biohazards section which will demonstrate how to safely and properly cleanup the often bloody and violent trauma scenes.
