Fire and Smoke Damage Before & After Photos
It almost seems like a miracle this bathroom was repairable, doesn’t it?
No one would want to take a shower in the shower on the left, but the cleaning job makes all the difference!
Smoke and soot damage to the stairwell is totally gone after Paul Davis finished up.
The fire damage on this home required some initial board-up, but after repairs were done, you can’t tell there was ever a fire at all.
This refrigerator was covered in soot from a house fire. Cleaned up, it’s ready to keep foods cold once again.
There was extensive fire damage to this range and counter top. A new range and cleanup up counter tops, and this kitchen is ready to go once again.
This living space was in shambles after this house fire. After repairs by Paul Davis, it looks brand new.
This house suffered severe fire damage, but there is nothing that cannot be rebuilt. From the rubble on the left came the living space on the right.
This house fire destroyed much of the wall surrounding the fireplace, but with Paul Davis Restoration, the fireplace looks brand new, as does the rest of the home.
You can barely recognize a kitchen in the before photo on the left. The cleaned and reconstructed kitchen on the right looks magnificent.

Water Damage Before and After Photos
If you look closely you can see water damage on the wall from the faucet installation on the left. Damage repaired and a new faucet installed by Paul Davis on the right.
Water coming in from the roof caused damage behind these cabinets. Once the cabinets were removed, the damage was repaired, and the cabinets replaced.
The area above this storage space is showing water damage on the left. After the leak is addressed, damaged areas can be removed and repaired.
Exterior water damage can come from a faulty outdoor spigot or pipe, as seen here. Once the leak is addressed, the damaged area can be repaired to look like the rest of the home.
Wall water damage here. This can occur from pipes in the wall, the ceiling, or a roof leak. Once the source of the water is corrected, the damaged drywall can be removed and replaced.
This small area is showing water damage from a leaky old hot water heater. Once the old heater is removed the damage can be repaired and a new hot water heater installed.
Board-Up Before and After Photos
This house required board-up services, but once the repairs were done, you can’t even tell where any damage was present previously.
Another board up situation. You can see where a vehicle ran into this building, damaging a bay window. Board up is a temporary solution to immediately secure and protect the structure, until repairs can be put into place.
