This group discussion based class introduces several tools that insurance professionals can use as guides to come to ethical decisions when facing difficult or complicated situations. As a group, participants will look at and discuss several mock ethical dilemmas and come to a conclusion on the ethically best course of action.

Fire and Smoke/Odor Damage Mitigation for Property Losses
This class covers how fire and smoke spreads through structures, how firefighters attack fires, and what can be done to clean up and restore the damaged property and contents. Class ends with a virtual walk through of and class discussion about a real fire loss.
